Questions about Labour Conditions and Human Rights

Currently, this section only has two basic questions because Tour Operators and Travel Agencies usually don't have independent monitoring mechanisms, let alone labour conditions and human rights policies. Therefore, to push the sector towards CSR and transparency, we decided to start with the following two questions. As CSR improvements are made across the sector, we will increase the number of questions, thus raising the level of CSR that a brand must reach to attain a higher rank.
