References

Website companies buy and use electronics sold by other companies like the well known computer- and smartphone brands. The servers are purchased from companies like IBM, HP, Fujitsu, Wortmann, Cisco etc. For the use of office electronics and servers (also for those owned and operated by external data centers), the website company should have a policy that addresses clear performances regarding our environmental criteria for electronics brands: Electronics#Questions_about_Ecology

Purchase AND use agreements (applicable for external datacenters) should at least cover 5 of our environmental criteria.
